It was an utter and complete disaster. The make up professional never showed up and the hair style was a non-existant. I scheduled for 12pm and by 1 pm, I had only my hair washed and nothing more. Constantly leaving me to wash and dry other client's hair. Already contacted Treatwell to be reimbursed for the make up that was never done and to address the hair styling situation. Be aware.

Good prices and polite staff... But don't expect much. My hairdresser would have let me walk out with an uneven fringe and ends. I had to ask her many, MANY times to even up my fringe (one side was like at least a cm longer than the other) and then she laughed it off and said "it's a complicated fringe". I actually felt uncomfortable like I was being difficult, despite the fact that I was very polite and just wanted to leave the salon with a decent haircut that doesn't make me look silly (everyone deserves a non-wonky fringe) . After doing a few more trims, she didn't even ask if I was happy and then took the cape off of me like "okay we're done now".
I had to trim the uneven bits off at home with some sharp scissors - what's the point of visiting a salon in the first place? Hopefully other customers would have a better experience than I did...

Overall good experience. My hair is silky and smooth but unfortunately the ends were fried a bit with flat iron and a trim is quite pricey in this salon. Apart from that very friendly staff, nice and clean place.

After reading the reviews I decided to give it a go and honestly can say it was definitely worth it. I had nathalia who dyed my hair and what an amazing job. I’ve been to other hairdressers before but never left fully satisfied until now. She showed me pictures asking what I had in mind and understood straightaway. Definitely will be going back again.

such an amazing place this was my first time and i was impressed they were very kind and had a nice conversation whilst doing my hair! i definetly recommended them!
