I booked a Balayage with Olaplex treatment. I came a few minutes before my appt. I was seen 13:15 instead of 13:00.. The colouring took ages to wait and staff wanted to redo it again but i said just go ahead to the next treatment bcos i cant wait any longer.. So yeah, i was there until 17:30, i decided not to even cut my hair bcos it was very slow. At the end, they asked me to pay an extra £20 on top of the £130 i already paid, i asked why and they said because my hair is much!? I don’t think the hait treatment i had is worth £150, i didnt have it cut, my hair is thin and a medium length, and i basically didnt get the full treatment.. The lady who did my hair was quite rough! The first 2 visits i had was good but this time it was disappointing and im never going back there again! I could have paid £150 somewhere that is actually going to be worth it..
