Brogan was so welcoming and talked me through every step of the process, which was especially appreciated as this was my very first nail treatment. She was incredibly considerate of my allergies and adapted the treatment to suit me, making me feel completely comfortable. Her attention to detail and skill were outstanding, and she took great care to ensure my nails looked fantastic. Brogan is a real asset to the team, and I can’t wait to come back!
