Caitlin is always welcoming and very attentive. I’m always reassured by her routines to ensure everything is clean -even the client!- and being offered drinks and a biscuit always feels like I’m being looked after which is always nice . My nails are always perfect when I leave the salon and they receive lots of compliments. Love our chats too Caitlin.
