Added extras without telling me about cost. Ended up having to pay double what i expected and that was with one “service” (although it wasn’t clear what that was) deducted because it took over an hour longer than expected and didn’t have time for the blow dry. Poor communication and an average haircut/dye means I wouldn’t recommend this salon.. Felt like they were taking advantage.
