Clarissa was lovely and the salon had a great atmosphere. My only issue was that the haircut was completed in probably less than 10 minutes. Not much time was taken to make sure it was done carefully. No major issues though.

Poor service and terrible organisation.
I had a waxing appointment with Live True London which was supposed to be at 12:30-12:45 with Charlotte.
I arrived at 12:25 and was asked to take a seat and wait for Charlotte to be ready. At 12:35 the receptionist asked another beautician if she knows where Charlotte is, and she replied that she’s out smoking. At 12:40 Charlotte came to greet me for the first time before going to get the room set up. She came back out and informed me that I would have to wait a further 10 mins for the wax to heat up. That means my appointment would be pushed back to 12:50. The room should have been set up, and the wax should have been set to heat up, BEFORE Charlotte went for her cigarette break.
I ended up cancelling the appointment as I didn’t have time to start my appointment 20mins late as I have an event to get to.
