Rossano was great. I am trialing only washing my hair with water and have been doing it for 2 months. It makes it harder for hairdressers as it's more sticky etc and harder to blow dry. I said "don't worry about blow drying it or trying to make it look nice, I know it's a bit difficult to deal with." But he was great, very understanding and nice about it all. He even managed to blow dry it and make it look lovely, the best it's looked in 2 months! Thanks Rossano. Super easy to book via treatwell
