My nails were in a real state and Sofia spent a lot of time rectifying that, she even delayed her next appointment to not rush it, which was very appreciated! The salon had ran out of a few colours and didn't have back up - it was Christmas time so not surprising, although it would probably be useful for them to plan for that in advance and stock up on the popular colours. But the manicure was excellent and I'd definitely go back!
