This was my first wax since before lockdown and I thought it would hurt more than it did. As always, Pallavi was super quick, pain free and makes something very intimate feel so like an everyday occurrence. I could not recommend more.

Haircut was delayed by 1.5 hours and I was notified when I was on my way to the salon. Receptionist was not particularly friendly. But the stylist and the cut were fantastic.

Very happy with the service! The staff were very welcoming and settling offering drinks and services. When it came to the shellac itself, to begin with I was very happy with the colour and outcome. As the days passed I noticed not the entire nail was covered meaning they were catching and chipping far too easily and sooner than they should have. All other shellac’s I have had lasted up to the 14 days. I ended up having them re-done in another salon less than 2 weeks later.
