Amazing mani/pedi as always. Friendly staff. Feels very safe as well—staff are wearing plastic face guards, there are plastic walls up, not too many customers, hand sanitizer, health screening on arrival.

When I arrived I was told that while I had in fact booked successfully with Treatwell, the admin team had failed to book me in on their end and therefore they would ‘just not be able to go ahead with my appointment’. They told me they couldn’t refund me and that I’d have to rebook for some point in the future. Despite ringing ahead on the rescheduled day to double check, my appointment was 20 minutes late. Reception did nothing but blame the stylists.
