Treatment didn't go ahead as therapist had not arrived at the time of my appointment (11am). This may be because I'd booked the appointment the night before, but still...I asked for a refund & was told that refunds are not done on site, so I'd have to email customer services. The response I've had from customer service is that I need to email Treatwell to request a refund. The irony...Live Well failed me, but they expect me to be the one to run around fixing the issue! So poor.
