I was really disappointed with my experience at Live True. They didn’t receive my rescheduled appointment via Treatwell so did not have a stylist ready for me. Had to wait 30 mins to be seen to and the treatment itself took over 5 and a half hours. My stylist was not wearing their mask properly and the cut was not what I asked for. Really not worth the money. Such a shame as I was a loyal customer. Completely discouraged from ever going back.
