I had the most horrible experience - the person who was doing my nails was not happy about me giving guidance on my own preference of getting manicure or pedicure. I ddn’t even do my manicure and left halfway. There was no customer support and no one apologized for me feeling frustrated about my experience which is supposed to be something pleasant. There was only one person called Hannah who was kind enough to offer to send an email to customer service. I would never go there again - and I wouldn’t recommend to get your nails done ever , as there is no customer support.
