Not happy. I gave this salon a second chance after a first bad experience, but it was just as bad. I prepaid a 'chest hot wax' treatment and they tried to render a 'strip wax' treatment instead, alleging that chest hot wax was not a treatment they offered. Also, I was asked for an extra payment on site in order to get my belly waxed. This only got sorted when I pulled out my Treatwell confirmation email. The quality of the actual treatment was pretty low compared to other salons in London.
