When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they did not have the materials to do the test - extremely inconvenient as I had to arrange time off work. They asked me to come back later with no regard to my schedule - I am planning to go back in the evening (without an appointment) so fingers crossed this works. Really disappointed. I can appreciate this happening if I didn’t have an appointment but they should have contacted me in advance so I could make the arrangements.
