Balayage-I was advised to go for foilage for the colour I wanted, so I trusted the stylist. However, the colour turned out much lighter than requested. There were blonde streaks when I wanted a dark mahogany colour. In daylight it looked even worse, with a yellow/green tinge. My hair was also cut unevenly which didn't show until I washed it at home. I was charged an additional £140 because of the upgrades they advised. I complained but the salon just diverted me to the customer service team
