Paid £57 for my hair to be put up with a creative director. When I arrived was told she was finishing a gents cut and won’t be long. Was then ushered to a seat which had lots of stuff everywhere and a young stylist was doing her own hair. She then said she would be doing my hair, so not the creative director I’d paid for.
Stylist was very sweet but very junior and not what I’d booked. Wasn’t offered a tea or coffee or anything. £57 so much for the experience I had which sadly was average/poor

Great for the price, although didn’t receive the foot or hand massage which was supposed to be included in the booking. Pedicure felt very rushed but overall good for value.

The nail technician was nice, not a talker, however the set of nails shes done for me were horrible, wide, chunky, no resemblance to real nail whatsoever, I was really disappointed, I even filed them when I got home and went to another place few days after to have it redone. Never spend £75 for a set of nails before and definitely not planning on doing it again.
