Was kept waiting for around 25 mins even though appointment was made and paid for months ago. Shampooing was good but it was followed by a rushed haircut and incomplete hairstyling. Staff couldn’t find the booking later even though they sent the confirmation and reminder yesterday then had the audacity of trying to charge me again. Stylist also made some sort of a comment about how the she doesn’t take bookings via Treatwell or something along those lines even though she was not the stylist with whom the appointment was made originally. It was with someone who didn’t work there anymore apparently. First unsatisfactory and disappointing experience in all the years I’ve been a client at Live True. Will not be returning to Vauxhall branch.
