I booked at 7:30 on the app, later I was called and told to come earlier so I rearranged my plans and changed my booking to 6:30 only for the nail technician to be 15 minutes late! Horrible experience.. that was the most painful manicure i have ever gotten, 5 of 10 fingers bled, and the nails are full of bumps and the lengths and sizes of the nails are different.
And lastly I was charged 15 more pounds to the 60 I already paid, for the polish which the app description mentioned was included!

I have cancelled my appointment for the reason of not being able to make the patch test and the lady in reception told me she refunded my money back and she didn't. I haven't received anything back in my account.
