Paid £57 for my hair to be put up with a creative director. When I arrived was told she was finishing a gents cut and won’t be long. Was then ushered to a seat which had lots of stuff everywhere and a young stylist was doing her own hair. She then said she would be doing my hair, so not the creative director I’d paid for.
Stylist was very sweet but very junior and not what I’d booked. Wasn’t offered a tea or coffee or anything. £57 so much for the experience I had which sadly was average/poor

Great for the price, although didn’t receive the foot or hand massage which was supposed to be included in the booking. Pedicure felt very rushed but overall good for value.
