Horrible experience. Hurt me twice, once during the removal and then the manicure (I ended up bleeding). She rushed (supposed to take 1h, took 30m) so the manicure is messy (bubbly, goes onto my skin). The polish doesn’t feel like normal shellac, my nails are so soft and bendy. Finally, she told me I had booked the wrong removal (even though there is only one option on TW) and had to pay ANOTHER £10, making the removal £20 alone. Felt like a huge bait and switch. Would never come back.
