I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The initial cut was very uneven, with long layers behind my ears and blunt sections at the front. I had to complain, which was uncomfortable, but another staff member thankfully fixed it. During the appointment, the original stylist cut his finger and continued without disinfecting, and later burnt my scalp while blow-drying on high heat. While I’m grateful it was corrected, the overall experience was stressful and disappointing.
