I was really disappointed with the service. As a regular Treatwell customer who frequently visits LT salons, I felt the appointment was rushed from start to finish. The conditioner was barely left on, and I left with brown dye on my face and even my eyelid.
I’ve come home to a frizzy, untamed blow dry that I genuinely could have done better myself. To top it off, when I asked for my hair to be tonged, I was told it would cost extra despite already paying full price for a blow dry. Awful service

Genuinely really disappointing. This is the second time I had to wait almost an hour to have my hair done here. I arrived, it wasn’t even open. I had to stand in the rain for 20 minutes. My stylist never turned up and they were trying to squeeze me in between customers. The cut and colour itself was fine but not to the standard I wanted. After my haircut was done, they charged me an additional £75 for services. I wasn’t previously asked about. Little to no support or sympathy from the staff.
