The stylist was 30/45 mins late so I was assigned another stylist. I asked for VERY subtle shaping around my face and was left with a harsh and blunt cut around my face which is completely the opposite of what I asked for, and it looks awful. I am so disappointed and upset. I came back later and another stylist attempted to fix it but as the initial stylist cut too short around my face there was not much that could be done unfortunately and now I am left feeling very insecure and upset.

My stylist had called in sick so I had to wait about half an hour for someone else to become available. Luckily, I wasn't in a rush and i think I got a more experienced stylist so I was pleased in the end. Just think they could have called and asked me to go in a little later. Javier did a great cut and it was definitely worth the wait.

Not a great experience. The girl who washed my hair was lovely and attentive but from there it went downhill.
I booked Kayleigh as she cut my hair last time and did an amazing job but without explanation someone else cut my hair. I don't know who as she didn't introduce herself. The haircut itself was very rushed and not thorough and then the blow-dry - I wouldn't even pull through knots in my own hair the way she did. painful and a bad experience. Will not go back.
