Melissa has no idea what she is doing, bad attitude and really rough with hair. Messed up my balayage with thick unnatural streaks , leaving bleach in too long then covering it up with toner left in too long leaving me with dark hair rather than with blonde highlights, slight green tinge from ash toner also. If you are unhappy, have to contact customer service and wait for 5 working days to hear back as everything is centralised and staff all self employed very unlike most salons where the manager on site would sort any problems out and be accountable.
