I have been here a few times and am always surprised at the weird vibe walking in. When you arrive they look at you as if they are unpleasantly surprised to have someone asking for their appointment. There’s no good atmosphere. Services are ok but not great, on a few occassions I’ve asked to use something specific (e.g. layers instead of rough texturising shears) and they have done what I specifically asked not to do without explanation. Not recommended

Some points below for reference:
1. No intimate wipe provided before (only after)
2. Kept trying to pull the wax off when it was still hot which meant it was super painful and didn’t apply it in the way it’s normally applied (have been getting waxes for many years now)
3. Didn’t wax my bum or any of the underneath area (again never not had this done before)
4. Left areas covered in dry wax at the end
