Booked what it was supposed to be a shellac mani and naked pedi. Sorry to say this, but was the worst service I have ever had in my life. She looked annoyed just because I was asking to file my nails properly. And so I had to file my own nails - Since were shaped completely unevenly. Pedi was just a soaking and a bit of scrub and a bit of cream at the end. No foot rasp, or the normal service I usually get. Basically I paid 35£ for a service that I could have done even better at home for free.

The reception team (specifically Mercy) were really friendly and helpful. She helped me with directions when I struggled to locate the salon and was very accommodating.
