Face framing was done excellent I like the result the staff was very nice and friendly. It wasn’t nice to be charged additional for the service I wasn’t informed about.

Didn’t really do what I asked for. I asked for little curtain bangs as I wanted hair out of my face and wanted to reduce the layering around my mid face / jawline but instead she added another mid face length layer. When I asked again for her to cut it into bangs above my eyebrow she said it wouldn’t do what I wanted, it would cover my face and that I would complain that she’d cut a fringe. Having to now book in another cut to get what I originally wanted !!
