Really unhappy with my balayage experience My stylist was 20 mins late to the appointment. She heavily backcombed my hair for balayage and spent one hour trying to get all the knots out while I was at the sink. I have scalp pain days later from the tugging and I don’t know how much hair she pulled out. The appointment took 6 hours which was way too long compared to any other salons I’ve been to. They also charged me extra for toner which apparently wasn’t included in the balayage.
