I’ve been going to this salon for at least a year and usually get their flash sale blow dry as it’s reasonably priced ( around 28 pounds ) I have medium- thick hair was never charged extra or anything. Today the receptionist informs me that because my hair is thick they need to charge me an additional 15 pounds because it went over my time ? When I tried explaining to her this never occurs and I usually come here as I’ve been there more than at least 8 times she wasn’t having it and walked away.

This hair salon said they had no record of my appointment and then that my hairdresser was ill and went home. They made no attempt to contact me and I travelled from over an hour for the appointment. They are an absolute disgrace !!! Never ever come here!!!! I have had trouble booking with them before and refusing to give me the discount as advertised online. Live and TRULY avoid!!
