Not a great experience. The girl who washed my hair was lovely and attentive but from there it went downhill. I booked Kayleigh as she cut my hair last time and did an amazing job but without explanation someone else cut my hair. I don't know who as she didn't introduce herself. The haircut itself was very rushed and not thorough and then the blow-dry - I wouldn't even pull through knots in my own hair the way she did. painful and a bad experience. Will not go back.
