Pros: the beautician was very kind.
Cons:
- The appointment was only 50 mins instead of the 60 mins that I booked (and paid for).
- No extractions were done.
- The music of the hair and nail salon is so loud that you can hear it in the treatment room, which is not ideal if a relaxing atmosphere is what you're going for.
I do not recommend this place and will not go back.

The stylist was 30/45 mins late so I was assigned another stylist. I asked for VERY subtle shaping around my face and was left with a harsh and blunt cut around my face which is completely the opposite of what I asked for, and it looks awful. I am so disappointed and upset. I came back later and another stylist attempted to fix it but as the initial stylist cut too short around my face there was not much that could be done unfortunately and now I am left feeling very insecure and upset.

My stylist had called in sick so I had to wait about half an hour for someone else to become available. Luckily, I wasn't in a rush and i think I got a more experienced stylist so I was pleased in the end. Just think they could have called and asked me to go in a little later. Javier did a great cut and it was definitely worth the wait.
