There was a lot of extra charges on top of what I’d already paid on Treatwell which I found really frustrating and some of the charges were a bit ridiculous. For example the stylist would only work in a certain way (with foils and two toners) and it wasn’t really what I was asking for but she said it would cost extra. Had an unpleasant conversation with the manager and there was barely any understating or looking out for the customer. Ended up being a pretty basic colour and cut.

Paid for a cut with creative stylist - ended up with trainee with no price reduction. My hair cut was uneven, I asked to fix it, she asked for a colleague to help (it is better than it was but it’s still uneven). Asked for a bouncy blow dry with lots of volume which she did then she straightened it flat to check the length? Overall dissatisfied and quite upset with the results.
