The facial was horrible. There were no strps performed. She did not even massage the face. Nothing was done properly. My session started at 6:20 and ended at 7 it is not even an hour. I paid for nothing. I can do all this at home.

Where do I start.. 1) seconds before they cut my hair I was told I’d be charged £20 extra, when I was given no warning when I booked. 2) had my hair yanked for a good 5 mins when she was brushing it. 3) I asked for layers, which I didn’t get. She only spent about 20 mins actually cutting my hair. Overall I am very disappointed and feel like I’ve wasted my money. Will certainly never be back.
