The pedicure was good, but the place is disorganised. They were running 20 mins late, and then it finished 20 mins early so it was 40 mins, not an hour as advertised.
I was left sitting under the dryer for ages at the end and then went looking for my pedicurist to be told she had gone to the next client.
There was no moisturiser at the end of the pedicure, I had to ask for some to put on myself, which was a shame as the pedicure had been good up to then but I left feeling like it was incomplete.

My stylist was half an hour late for my appointment. She did a pretty poor join of the colour which looked nothing like the colour I had shown that I wanted. And the haircut was the worst! There was an inch of difference in length in each side! I had to then hide her through the cut myself. Also, the style lasted about half an hour. The worst experience I've had so far at a hairdresser after this 4 hour ordeal. On top of that the receptionist had an attitude.

Didn’t have Kayleigh, technique didn’t feel too professional but the end result is what I asked for:) No complaints but not the best cut I’ve ever had - good quality for the off peak price paid!
