I had a total haircut nightmare with another salon and needed a whole new cut to fix it. Ying did such an amazing job, she made me feel at ease and has transformed my hair, I love it. Would definitely recommend!

The stylist did a nice job but this place is so disorganised! The day before the appointment they rang to ask me to move the time forward by 45 minutes, but when I got there it seemed the stylist was triple booked. Rather than being honest about this from the start, they washed my hair but then left me waiting with wet hair for about 20 minutes. The haircut was good value for the off peak rate, but I wouldn’t return because of the disorganisation.
