I had a thorough consultation and my hairdresser captured what I requested. There were a few instances where I felt the service was a little lacking. 2hr45 for a full head of highlights yet not being offered a drink was one of them. In addition to being quite rough when both highlighting and combing toner through.

The manicure was great, however they charged me £10 extra for gel removal (which was NOT mentioned in the details on treatwell). The gel removal price on treatwell is £6, so if I’d known I would have added it on treatwell during the booking. I specifically looked and it was not mentioned anywhere. Disappointing and annoying that I could not add the service on treatwell even though that’s where I had booked in the first place!
