I sadly had a very disappointing experience at LiveTrue after being a loyal customer. I was so unhappy with the cut and colour (£212!). I was reassured that I'd have 'long layers' cut into my hair (no more than 1/2") but when I got home, I realised they are 4". It looks terrible, and will take years to grow back. The colour is different to what I'd asked for, and hasn't been blended at all well. Customer services don't want anything to do with me :( Such a shame to say I won't be going back.

Javier is the best colourist in town! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my blonde hair. I have naturally thick dark brown hair which isn’t straightforward to colour but he did it with precision and the result is flawless. 🤍✨
