there was a mixup with my booking so it wasn’t in the system when i showed up. the staff tried to fit me in but it was 10 minutes late so i was quite pressed for time before an event. both treatwell and live true have offered me some compensation for this. the haircut was good and the stylist was careful to stick to what i requested. i would return in spite of the mixup.

Great haircut and style - exactly as I requested. Would have given 5 stars but had to wait near 45mins to be seen as they were running behind schedule - these things happen but it did then make me late for my plans after.
