The worst experience of the hair color I have ever had. Not only it was not the hightlight I asked for but also they charged me extrac £55 for a treatment and using toner. The treatment was not effective at all and I booked for another hair treatment one week later as their color dried my hair. I'm going to redo my hair somewhere else today as I asked for an ash color but it is orange!
