I've never had waxing done, at all, anywhere, so I was nervous about getting the Hollywood. However, Pallavi instantly put me at ease. She has more than 20 years' experience, and it showed. While waxing is of course a bit painful, Pallavi worked quickly, checked in on me throughout the process to make sure I was OK, and kept me distracted with anecdotes. The whole thing took less than 25 minutes. I highly recommend her.
