So disappointed with this visit from start to finish. They couldn't find my booking on their system, I was never offered a drink or even somewhere to take off and hang my coat so sat with it on.
The stylist, Bianca, spoke to me about what I wanted but clearly didn't understand as she did something completely different and just gave me a basic trim. Wash, cut and blow dry took 20 minutes altogether! Throughout she looked at herself in the mirror more than she did my hair.
Complained and was offered a "dry cut" to remedy the lack of layers which I declined, was then offered a cut with dampened ends by the man at reception desk or a 10% off my next visit. Seriously...
It's a shame they didn't put as much effort into staff selection and training as they did the decor.

The salon was very nice. The staff mostly seemed good with other clients. I’m disappointed in my blow dry. The stylist took the easy route using tongs to curl it - usually when my hair is brush curled it lasts several days - tongs last a day. Also, she was late and seemed preoccupied leaving me twice to do something else??? I should have insisted she use the brush but she seemed put out that I didn’t want it dried straight which was a little intimidating. I won’t go back to this salon.
