Although the receptionist was lovely and the salon was okay, my experience here was pretty terrible. Pedro barely said a word to me whilst I was having my haircut and was clearly unwell as he kept coughing. I understand that people get colds but when you are having to cough all over your clients, perhaps it's an idea to take the day off.
I asked for quite a bit of hair taken off (around 4 inches) but Pedro did not show me how much he was taking off before he started and at the end I had to point out that one side was longer than the other, at which point he took some scissors and very casually hacked off some hair. The whole experience was uncomfortable and also very expensive considering the service. I am very surprised that the salon has received such good reviews on treatwell. I will not be returning.
