Love my new hair but when I arrived they had run out of bleach, adding an extra 40 minutes onto an already long treatment. I also wasn’t given a bottle of olaplex when purchasing the treatment which is something I have always received at other salons, and was expensive for just the in-salon treatment. Not a cheap salon, but are experts at what they do.

Really nice salon. Happy with treatment overall however thumb nail looked like it had already grown out slightly, it would be good if they could have pushed my cuticle back quickly before painting.
