As soon as I walked in I was very welcomed. In both treatments it was clear the therapist was inexperienced, unprofessional and in a hurry to finish. As I got home to check the results, I saw that there were many hairs left and she had broken some hairs. I have rebooked again to get the results I should have got the first time round. The second therapist was great and fixed the problem. I have written a complaint and waiting to here back, definitely not work £70.
