The lady working at the reception was incredibly rude - I was shocked how people treating customers that way can be employed in a customer service orientated industry. She made sarcastic remarks and laughed at me as the salon didn’t put the right prices on the Treatwell website. I left feeling awful even though the treatment itself was ok but will never return to this salon again because of such an awful customer service.

Loved it! Good coffee was offered straight away, manicurist was super friendly and very accommodating and helpful when I couldn’t find the perfect colour. Definitely will be back.

Irene listened to what I wanted with my cut and gave me a beautiful blow dry and curls at the end! It’s been a couple of days and my hair still feels softer, glossier and much healthier.
