The lady working at the reception was incredibly rude - I was shocked how people treating customers that way can be employed in a customer service orientated industry. She made sarcastic remarks and laughed at me as the salon didn’t put the right prices on the Treatwell website. I left feeling awful even though the treatment itself was ok but will never return to this salon again because of such an awful customer service.
