Been there before, usually have a better time. Staff was quite abrupt, didn't offer me a drink of water and they didn't seem to have my appointment on their system and just had to do my appointment on a whim. I was left at the end to my own devices, no one came to tell me how long to wait for my nails to dry and the nail technician just started doing another job without saying anything or that I could go, so a very rushed experience different to my other experiences there.
