I booked a shellac polish - and it was on a 50% discount which literally translated into half painted nails. the finished product was shellac with a large gap between nail cuticle and the paint. After a week it looked like it was super grown out (great look for the wedding I went to!). Initially I thought having had it discounted I'd just put up with it but on reflection - that's awful customer service. Don't discount services if you are going to treat customers differently 🙄
