Blow dry looked good, kind of got the sense he was still learning, ie: didn’t really listen to what I was said about my hair type & products & it took longer than the cut and blow dry i got the other day there by someone a bit more experienced but he was v sweet & it looked good in the end. Hair still looked good the next day too. Overall I expect all services here are v. Good for the service & general feel of the place. Only bad point is sometimes you get lucky with the receptionist & that day was the mardy girl who clearly didn’t want to be there. I worked on reception & customer service a long time so moody receptionists do piss me off a bit especially when I always make a effort to be friendly & kind.
