Asked to be rescheduled twice after visiting the salon and been told I cannot have my treatment due to the store closing soon even though they provided me with a time to suit them! I also pre paid and they still could not accommodate my treatment. Slightly annoyed as I had to free my evenings twice to come to the salon thinking I would get my hair done even though I paid! Disappointed by the service here too.

Made an appointment. Was told on arrival they needed to do a patch test 24 hours before hand. Then they told me it would be £30 more than quoted. I just walked out. Will never go back
